Damn. Who is looking out for Tariq?

I disagree with Tariq a bit but not on that fake outrage tip.
A private company removing your content has nothing to do with the First Amendment. You agree to its rules in the Terms of Service or User Agreement. I used to edit those things. A company, especially a free service like the social media companies, can remove your content for whatever reason.

The First Amendment only comes into play when you deal with governments or people who interfere with you on public property where anyone can speak. I hate sounding petty but when you bring up First Amendment rights with private companies, you lose a lot of people because no such thing exists.

I have my own media properties so I don't give a damn about someone else's censorship. I pay a monthly fee for hosting to say whatever I want.

This situation is why I had hoped Moor.us would take more time to do, just to get it right. When you own the platform you do whatever.

The second thing is that FBI interview. I worry about our brother Tariq. First thing, never speak to law enforcement without a lawyer.
And I mean never, especially in your home. I would have never spoken to them, much less opened the door. I would have gotten a lawyer on the phone right away. The FBI could have said they smelled weed when you opened the door and used that as an excuse to kick down the door. If you have a private residence, put in a glass door instead of a the mesh screen door and talk to people through that. I have a coworker who put up prop cameras with blinking lights as a deterrent.

Same thing with the cell phone. I keep my cell phone on me like my car keys because you never know how it is going to go down.
I know Flex said things happened so fast but I got it drilled in my mind to never answer questions to law enforcement without a lawyer. You can ask the cop if you are being detained or if you are free to go. And Flex should keep visible cameras outside of his house. I keep a couple of GoPro cameras with me at all times.

Tariq has put himself out there for Black people so we need to do the same for him. Being afraid will only embolden the white supremacists.

H.S. said, "First Amendment rights with private companies, you lose a lot of people because no such thing exists."

Private vs Govt ... what say the US Supreme Court?

First Amendment definition:

An amendment to the United States Constitution guaranteeing the rights of free expression and action that are fundamental to democratic government. These rights include freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, and freedom of speech. The government is empowered, however, to restrict these freedoms if expression threatens to be destructive. Argument over the extent of First Amendment freedoms has often reached the Supreme Court. ( See clear and present danger, libel, and obscenity.)

Yeah, sure. Tariq himself said that he got lawyers to go after people when they libeled him, so right there you have a limit on the 1st amendment. You can't yell "fire" in a theater either. Those are classic examples.

Here is the actual text of the first amendment. I don't care what a random site says.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances"

That says nothing about a private company. Tariq himself said that he won't allow Moor.us to have fight videos of Blacks just beating on each other. That right there will fall under the terms of use. The point being, as a private enterprise, he will have the right to remove content he finds offensive. This why you need to own your own stuff. I don't care about a social media site remove my content because I have the option of putting up my own content. That is exactly what tariqradio.com let's him do.

Hors Sfier,

I typically enjoy your comments and share many of your concerns.
I noticed you mentioned having your own media properties and would like to know more about them. If you are not comfortable with putting the info on a post here you can email it to me at paythekidsfirst@gmail.com Now with regard to this weeks topic and the FBI coming to Tariq's home... I'm sure as he mentioned he has been knowing he's been on their radar. One would have to be pretty ignorant to think you could publish the type of material Tariq has and talk in the pure and truthful minus the water manner Tariq does and not be considered a threat to the status Quo.The folks that the system was originally designed for and who it's working just perfectly for don't see the need to change anything and that has to be expected and ignored or appreciated for what it is. You can't expect to pick and choose how those that are threatened by you will react to you. All you can do is work at putting the right insulation in place before launching your aggressive program to counter the aggressive program the opposition already has in place. And be prepared to keep tweeting things along the way. Some truly don't want things to change so that justice and economic prosperity can be enjoyed by all. And know Goliath clearly has the upper hand so David has to expect and be prepared for everything. Congratulations on the new baby boy ! And the Atlanta fine teacher comment was real. When you have a certain figure and know its an asset, plus have lots of self esteem, you present an aura that not everyone can except in this fake pc society. Kind of like when you see cats in the NFL ( No Fun League) dancing in a celebration that not many can do it draws a fine. But if the player does an easier, easy to mimic dance or celebration, that's considered PC so all is ok. All good !

I also have to disagree with the "Freedom of Speech" angle, because I see white bigots say the same thing ALL the time when they are fired from jobs because of their racism.

"Where's muh freeze peach?!"

Guess what? Unless you are penalized by the government, your free speech remains intact.

And yes, Flex needs to be careful, they don't like influential blacks. You can coon all day, but don't you dare wake up the people.

I am not a fan of either Dre or Chris Brown.
But Chris Brown did it the right way.
Chris got his lawyer on the phone and made sure he had legal representation before even meeting up with the cops.
And his lawyer did his job. Notice you don't even hear about that skank who tried to set him up.

Dre , from what I read, just let the cops walk around his house on his own consent.

I keep saying that Black people need to get up on that camera technology. Damn near every cell phone has HD capability now.

Hors Sfier,

First off.... I personally appreciate Dre and Chris Brown's art and talent, so I can't knock either of them. As far as the person on the other side of the art, I haven't gotten to know them enough to comment on them on more serious matters. I 've been by Dre's home in question, and even with the cameras, the placement of the home invites one to get up close to it. You are right, perhaps Dre should have not been as trusting because not every Los Angeles area cop is a fan of Dre, NWA, hip hop music, or folks of color. You never know what their agenda is so your guard can't be down when you're black and your profile is high.

The real danger of that FBI visit is that it shows how little faith they have in Black America's ability to control their own fate without relying on illegal means or clumsily tripping over the existing legal battlefield to accomplish anything sustainable.

Therefore, with high probability, they believe someone is going to do something very fucking stupid. How could they not? Most black American are coming from public schools of thought. Highly unrefined institutions for learning to shove you in the direction of prison or the military. I mean poor people all over the world react poorly to the realization that they have no future. There's probably an hour glass model that represents how the black demographic is dispered. The top of the hour glass being high paying job and the military, the bottom of the hour glass being prisons and the middle of the hour glass being what?

Hmmm I'm not really sure but I'm sure engineering some new economic models are a strong component to solving the issues that black Americans face today.

It's true. The school to prison pipeline is real but it's also somewhat of a smoke screen to cover up the school to military pipeline.

Yeah, whenever SWS want to push a justification for harming Black people, they drag up some oversexed and overdrugged Black entertainer and use the fact that Black has ready access to drugs, cars and white women as proof that racism does not exist.
If Lil Wayne had called for reparations, they would have cut his microphone. For lack of a better term, I am happy that Black people are lighting up these Hollywood owned coons for what they are.
I got a couple of these "racism is over" Black people in my social circle. I give them a handshake and keep it moving. Those Black people will bend over and grab their ankles for any SWS without even being asked. It is embarrassing reading some of their comments on my feed.

Try telling one of these feminists that sexism does not exist.
Try telling one of these gays that homophobia does not exist.
Try telling one of these jews that antisemitism does not exist.

Always remember that Candy had Stephen, all the way to the end.
SWS pull a Stephen, make him buck dance, and then stuff him back under the bed.

Any Black person who is on a white-owned platform criticizing another Black is suspect to me. I saw that big, fat dummy Shaquille buck dancing on Fox and Friends, just a big, dumb, sloppy jock.
No matter how Black people express themselves in this country, it is a problem for SWS. They hate Malcolm. They hate Martin.
I say eff that. Whatever happens happens. One athlete takes a peaceful stand and the SWS and coons lose their minds. Mark those people.

There's so much information in this broadcast, then one thinks when t said they caught him off guard, they were using a mental psychosis on him, this is a W/S tactic but he reversed it.he need not a lawyer because civil rights ain't bull do do. to do this when his child is born it's a human right violation the W/S don't care they only did it to try to mistreat his family.

If black women are truly having babies and kicking out fathers for government paychecks, won't giving money to black mothers when their sons wrongfully get killed by the police start a new trend of mothers deliberately raising shitty sons in hopes that they do something stupid in order for a paycheck?

I see your people trying to accomplish what we, the tea party, has tried to accomplish. We are so called "white" and yet it's been an uphill battle for us. Somewhat of a political quagmire. I can't imagine anyone your affiliated with having any political success IF WE COULDN'T. What are your plans? If you use your strategy, its easy to see where you'll be a week from now, a month from now and a year from now.

Facebook will allow people to call you the N-word, threaten to rape or lynch you and they don't care. If you so much as say "why are white people being so racist?!" You will get banned.

Tips: Adapt to this... Write "w-eye-t pea-pill", or write #FFFFFF . The algorithms haven't caught on to this yet.

At this point, athletes and entertainers are making a last ditch effort to go all out cooning! Every black celeb, or any has-been white celeb is making some anti-Kapernick statement.

It is especially discouraging to see people who have made their money from the black community (Fat Joe, JLo, etc.) turning their backs and talking crap.

We have to be more selective in who we enrich and support. Hell, we need to not support ANY rapper or singer who comes around us UNLESS they say something in support of black people.

We get what we allow. You think a black celeb (or any) could say "get over the holocaust" and expect to exist in Hollywood? gtfo here!

Before they take us off and put us in ovens, can they at least flood our neighborhoods with xanax bars so that these hoodrats can finally be as calm as the average white women in America? Bonquisha would be hella cool if she was on xanax bars.

Hell, I would even go as far as to recommending black men lead the charge so you can control the savage beast known as the "modern day hoodrat". Teach them how to sew some buttons while on xanax for your raggedy ass shirts

@Paytc
I don't mind giving some background on these boards. I think this site is better about weeding out trolls and sws. The nbws don't even show up here because they will get that work.

I have a few properties focused on media and technology. I have about half of a book finished and that will be completed by end of 2017. I have about one third of a movie narrative done and that will be completed 2017. Tariq really inspired me with the fact he produces and owns his own works. I finance most of my own work.

Frankly, I don't think what I am doing is or should be that extraordinary. I use technology that is available to everyone to self-produce and self-distribute. That cloud technology, cheap cameras and low cost Internet leveled the playing field but Black people just don't use it as much as they try the Hollywood system. I know Black entrepreneurs who publish their own books, produce their own musics, distribute their own media, etc. This isn't the 1960s where you have to get on your knees from some goofy white hack who has no talent other than exploiting Blacks. You need dedication and financing of course but it can be done. I also pool resources with at least 2 to 3 other Blacks for each project, film, book and technology.

Again, I know I sound flip in my answer but I really do see technology as the only hope in this system for Black people.
We should take a lesson to what happened with Nate Parker.
And the thing that is funny about the Nate Parker situation, is that white LIBERALS took him down. The conservative side of the white really had nothing to say about him. Dirty white feminists ruined him. So I have no hope and no plans to produce anything that will be owned or distributed by a non-Black. Sam Cooke tried to teach us.

I also set up the best vehicle to date for serving our purpose which is paythecreator.com. I think you should check it out. We are still on the ground floor, but about to take off.
