Is it probable that some business elite is trying to further widen the divide between blacks and the Hispanic community in the u.s.a due to the sheer number of the purchasing power of Hispanics as a whole? Hispanics will shy away from black businesses if people like Mayweather continue to serve as a lightning rod for Hispanic jealously towards other men.

White Hispanics are just white people with respect to the power structure in America. Hispanics with African or Native American roots are the real target for strife with non-Hispanic blacks.And that string is being pulled by mass media. It is a divide and conquer tactic to get people lower in the power structure to hate each other..

That whole thing about Mayweather being a "lightning rod" for Hispanic jealously is garbage b.s. Mayweather is just beating whoever they put in front of him, regardless of ethnicity. Blacks in America do not oppress Hispanics, white or otherwise. You have a few beefs between street gangs but generally blue and white collar blacks and latinos have no problems. In my area, if you are black and have problems with Latinos, then you are messing up somewhere. And vice versa.
I have no issue with Latino men and I get 100% cooperation from Latino women, even more so than black women.
So any "strife" is artificial and manipulated, pitting the two ethnic groups against each other for what is perceived to be a scarce resource: prosperity.
