There was a recent story in the media about how in the armed forces they stated in their manual that it was still appropriate to use "negro" as a race classification. It's embarrassing at this stage for that word to still be used, but white owned organizations don't see it as a big deal. They don't hold people of color in high enough regard to care about using these kinds of words. They know better than to say it, so they should know better than to use it in other contexts.

The only reason why Touhy walked over to those kids was because SHE thought they were up to something, and when she was proven wrong, she cleaned it up and tried to turn it into some kind of lesson in understanding and not jumping to conclusions about people based on how they look. Gimme a break. I never did watch "The Blind Side." I can't stand those benevolent white person tales. Hollywood LOVES those tales - they can only tell it from the white perspective.

"Why is she hanging out with a racist friend to begin with"?

If Black Sororities and Fraternities are suppose to be the leaders in the black community and some have been around for more than a 100 years why are we (the black community) still in this shape. We are last in wealth (economics) and first in unemployment. Other than socially (very minor) the black community hasn’t progressed in over 40 years. Maybe the Black Greeks (which is an oxymoron) are not for the black community but only for themselves. Just a question?

Tariq is right as usual because Michael Oher didn't like the Blind Side movie. Oher wrote his own book but Hollywood didn't want to turn his version of events into a movie. Sandra Bulluck not only adopted the black baby after the Blind Side success but she used that victim card like Michelle Beadle did with Stephen A Smith. Bulluck was married to that racist Jesse James and she knew was a bad boy and a cheater but she let her ego think she could change him or at least get him to be faithful. Once he cheated she acted like a victim who shocked when in reality she knew what he was and that's what attracted her to him. Her career rose from dead based on her acting like some Hillary Clinton wronged wife. They tried to say this conservative woman from the south can not be racist because she adopted a future NFL millionaire just like they said Donald Sterling couldn't be racist if he likes sleeping with minority women. We have to stop letting the dominant society tell us who they think is racist or not racist because guess what they never think any white person is guilty of racism its always just a joke that we took too seriously and are being too sensitive or a misunderstanding. We have to keep being brave enough to call out racism like this no matter how big or small.

Yeah. Sandra Bullock bought that black baby after her husband's Nazi pictures hit the web. She acted like she did not know the man she married loved Nazi imagery. A woman will adopt her man's ideology so that Hitler fetish would not fly in Hollywood. Bullock adopted that black baby as a sacrifice to the Jews who run Hollywood. She can't possibly be racist and anti-semitic with a black baby right? What a PR stunt.

Yes, Touhy "slick" pulled her white supremacist card out in this situation and played it to make herself look like a "southern belle" who only had the best interest of the two young black men when we know damn well what her intentions were...I believe this most likely occurred in Memphis, TN, where she and her husband live and own several fast food chain restaurants (Taco Bell)...the crime rate here in Memphis is very high true enough, and just like in most major cities around the U.S. black males in Memphis are stereotyped and profiled as being menacing and "thugs"...but i guess Touhy is now considered as the "savior" of young black boys since adopting Oher and can now pull her "nigga" card out whenever she gets ready to get a pass and a pat on the back.

I'm actually shocked at how many black people on Tariq's Facebook were standing up for that woman.

The coons and apologists actually outnumbered the black people who AGREED with Tariq.

It's embarrassing, how can we ever combat white supremacy when half of us cannot even identify it?

I don't understand why so many Moorish people are so quick to jump in front of the bullet to protect whites. Although not all white people are racist, most are apathetic at best. They aren't exactly bending over backwards to stick up for black people; the ones that are are in the minority.

Someone posted a clip of Dr. John Henry Clark on youtube where he says of black people "You have no friends. Everything the white man does is to dominate you." I think that clip was titled "you have no friends."

In any case white people are programmed to dominate. Black people are programmed to submit. So I am never surprised to see black people side with whites. The Civil Rights movement made a strategic mistake. It definitely did right by removing laws targeting blacks. However, we should have remained segregated, at least culturally and economically. Black people get submissive real quick.

You know how Japanese people bow and nod when facing people? Well, there was a study and Japanese people will bow and nod even when there is no one physically there, say when speaking over the phone. Japanese children are trained by the parents when the parents push their heads down. My point is black people are trained the same. I hear black people defend whites who did not even ask for a defense. I see grown black men demure like little white girls around old white men. It is a sickness. Unless I have a strategic reason(money, knowledge) I do not hang with white people.

Yes @Hors Sfier. THEY (I am separating myself) have a docile, child-like mentality.

I guess I have the advantage that I have NEVER felt submissive among whites. I don't feel intimidated by white men or get thirsty around their females (even the most hottest of them). To me, it is weird that so many of our brothas and sisters do!

I think at the end of the day, most black people just want white people to like them.

I was just watching a video where some white girl comes into a Jamaican club with AVERAGE ass dance moves and everyone ignores the sisters killing it and start JOCKING her! When you read the comment section, almost every black person is caping for this cultural appropriator. -_-

I disagreed with some of this podcast, but ONLY AS A MATTER OF OPINION, I remember a lot of times on the podcast (and Ustream) shows, I will think to myself, "Tariq got it wrong this time", but the caller actually ends up proving him right! On both topics of the term Negro and Touhey or whatever her name is, Tariq may be 100% on point yet again. I wouldn't like for no random non-melanoid person to call me "Negro: out of the blue, or to say, "Silly Negro" or some such perjorative. But I know in Hidden Colors, one of our main arguments for some of the peoples in our history being of melanoid ancestry is that they were called "Negro" or "black" ie Columbus explorers, Pedro El Nino (sp). And Touhey might be a racist beech, I still suspect Michael Oher was her sex slave and she got a ace of spades tattoo, but her comments reminded me of those old corny Brady Bunch/whitebread family sitcoms episodes where the parents say they bet their kids "are up to no good". I would rather hear/read about that foul az police officer that pulled a gun on some protesters in oakland, Tariq talked about it on the show, but I would like melanoidnation and other newspapers/blogs in the conscious communities to connect so ALL of these dirtbag racists can be busted where they llive... I live in Memphis since '91 and Touhey isn't relative to me, she just like every other condescending bigot that lives here - racist police worry me a lot more

This sh is beautiful, see? Cops instigating a riot, get caught. Black cop gets mask snatched, so he punches the first - maybe ONLY- person (of color) he sees, then arrests him for assault when he fights back... then while he is unjustly arresting the brother, a white blond haired female runs up, KICKS HIM IN THE HEAD AND IS NOT ARRESTED NOR DETAINED. Plus the other cop pulls a gun on white journalists and the stories aren't picked up on a national level (NBC spun it out of circulation and no updated info seems to be available)? Plus the other protesters who tried to take the cameras from the journalists are most likely from other white supremacist law enforcement agencies... This sh is laughable almost - the universe is truly amazing

That's incorrect about Koreans getting all of their funding from black people. The IMF and World Bank has been providing South Korea with capital for over 30 decades. 80% of those funds go to the private sector creating loans for businesses.

Us-- us who they stalk around the store and tell "YOU BUY OR LEAVE!!!"

They set up shop in the black community and take all of our money while openly resenting us.

That said, I fuck with Asians as long as they are the respectful smiling store owners... oh yea, and that's if there isn't a competitive black alternative nearby.

If black people stopped buying from Koreans today, Koreans would be up the proverbial creek. Koreans get seed capital from other Koreans. After that they need recurring revenue to keep going. I rock with KOreans for dry cleaning and that's it. Yes, I know churches are for profit in the practical sense, however it is amazing that established black churches never set up a for-profit wing to provide dry cleaning for members.

On a related note, I noticed a lot of Koreans work for the USPS. If anyone can provide insight into that, it would be cool. Are they planning to start their own shipping company?
