REAL TALK! I WENT THRU THE SAME THING SOME YEARS BACK. AT THE TIME WHEN IT HAPPENED I WAS ACTING LIKE A STR8 SIMP! TARIQ IS RIGHT, I KEPT USING THAT "I JUST NEED SOME CLOSER" BS BUT IN REALITY I COULDN'T GET OVER THE FACT SHE CHARGED ME.

LIFE IS FUNNY BECAUSE LOOKING BACK ON IT, IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME! NOW SHE RAN THRU WITH A KID BY A DEAD BEAT. FEEL SORRY FOR HER BUT GLAD I DODGED THAT BULLET.

I'm dealing with the same thing right now from a 7 year interracial relationship with a Filipino. Left me hanging; no bra! Going on 4 months. Come to find out she's facing financial difficulties and too embarrassed to tell me. Her younger sister also got engaged after 4 years and it put a strain on what we had.

Anyways, I'm taking the rest of the year to continue stacking my bread and unload some emotional baggage.

My bad for the late reply; been busy.I have nothing to hide. I'm not in the position to get married and have the stability I desire. $3200 a month, I don't want to struggle. No kids. I'm 28 and she turned 30. I somewhat regressed with my first ex who's 28, Black, with a 6 year old son. As a matter of fact, we just came back from Las Vegas. I'm not ashamed to say I didn't get it in. My current ex is still on my heart. I still need closure. She never gave me a reason let alone an offical goodbye / it's over.

Her sister is engaged to a white guy who's parent's is well established. I'm starting from the bottom. There's really no comparison.

Real talk I dealt with this back in the day a chick i went to school with and dated later charged me! I went to movies restaurant and various outings with her! She deceived me in to thinking we were building something! She later reconcile with her ex change her number etc etc! The sex was amazing! But the breakup wasnt! My simp day's are in the rearview mirror! Come to find out she was lay off some years later and she was unable to have kids! Looking back it was one of the greatest learning lesson in my life! Thanks for educating us with that good game 👑 king flex!

I respectfully disagree. The number one way is to find ol dude AT LEAST some potential booty to divert his attention. Don't you have a hoish girlfriend you can push him off on?
You knew this man been wanting to smash for 12 years right? He is SIMP... Then he get close (to you as the prize), but you still want to have fun... Tariq got some quality podcasts about this -- most of his earlier shows were directed at correcting simps' behavior

It's not that I want to still have fun, I think we are getting to old to be doing certain shit & feel like we're just on two different level right now. Don't get me wrong, I think he is a good person but feel like mentally he's on some backwards shit & I'm not supporting dumb shit or nigga shit as Tariq would say. I would not set any of my friends up for failure sorry.

I really want you to call in to Tariq's show on USTREAM tomorrow, this sounds like something totally different (than what I expected). I feel like you leaving out crucial information and Tariq can chop it up with you over the phone, ask questions to really solve your problem...

See this explains my recent break up. Been together 2 1/2 years and was just talking about marriage back in January. Now we broke up. Then he didn't want to come get the rest of his stuff to take back to his sister house where he is staying. He wanted me to keep that shit in the basement because I just moved in a house and I told him no I don't want to come get it or it's going by the dumpster. So he just wanted me to keep the stuff so he had a reason to come by and see me at some point later and wiggle his way in. I'm too old for these games I'm old fashioned mentally. I just want someone all in that's old school and want a monogamous relationship where we down with each other and gone build together and keep this Black Love going. Black First!
