Last week I had a job interview for a software position. Interviewee told me, "We are not politically correct around here" and was very disrespectful. His arab and asian colleagues who co-interviewed me seemed uncomfortable with that statement but it's no surprise I didn't get the job. We all know what "not politically correct" is code for.

Why even point that out at an interview? THey knew if I worked there, they would potentially risk backlash from walking around with their dicks out. I hate social just warriors like him.

Hahaha. I work in the IT industry. Those geeks from Silicon Valley are just as racist as the most backwards hick. The asians hit that bamboo ceiling. But they never challenge white supremacy so they just stay there. That is why you don't have that critical mass of asians in technology. Same with the arabs and the indians. dirty white boys aren't try to work for any minorities. white supremacy is exactly that.

My favorite part is when the asians, arabs and indians get their wake up call and then try to act like disciples of MLK. Eff 'em.
Let them hold their own nuts. No intersectionality.

Black people with technical backgrounds need to get out of that interviewing. You actually have a skill and the cost of being a freelance software developer is damn near pennies on the dollar compared to what it was even ten years ago. Look into cloud technologies and virtualization. I say treat each fulltime job like an internship, have a plan for when it eventually ends. I quit a job with no backup once because of a bunch of racists. I let them know they could not buy me. Those white boys were shook that a Black man would walk away from their fifty pieces silver. I was wishing they would choke on that paycheck and turn blue.

What would you say as an IT professional is it best to do contract work thru a firm or become an independent contractor?

@Loon
You have to think strategically. It is okay to do a W-2 as an employee while you build up a war chest of money and skills in order to move onto to something else. That is how most Blacks get it in to start off.
But even if you W-2 never expect a corporation or anyone to promote your interests. Treat every W-2 like an internship.

As an IT professional, if you get a deep skill set with some breadth, you have one of the most portable and profitable skillsets.
That is what it is. You can work across every single industry with no problems at all. That is why I always hype up technology skills, particular software engineering, to Black people. Not to put down blue collar work or a trade, but keep in mind that technology is the only industry where Black people will encounter honesty at a commodity level. Physics and mathematics are the same way but most people don't get into them that deeply. The computer is never racist and it never lies to you. I see some of these billing rates for some of my peers and they are off the charts. Some white boy was giving me some straight game on what to learn next to boost revenue. He was dropping jewels and I was listening.

So start off as W-2 or an intern, wherever you can get it in, but absolutely have an exit plan. So people put in 40 hours as a W-2 but scoop up a few hours there freelancing. In the long term, it is 100% better as an technology professional to be independent. Most firms will bill you out at say $100 but keep $50 and hand you $50. If you deal directly with a client, you keep the whole $100.

So even if you go through another company, plan your exit.
Don't let them surprise you.
The other thing about being independent is that you can work on intellectual projects were you create patents for yourself as another source of revenue. No one owns your works outside of work you do directly for a client. Software patents and IP are a great way to get passive revenue. But if you get one as a W-2, that patent is owned by the company that sponsored your work and you legally have no claims to the revenue.

That is why I don't trip over SWS. As long as that technology is fair, Black people have a chance.

Best way to push a white supremacist social justice warrior (WSSJW) into a corner is by making jokes that will trigger them then watch them turn red. Get your jokes ready gentlemen and women!!!

The Principal at my school just sent us an mass e-mail from a casting agency looking for Hispanics students to star an Indie film. Do you do that for your movies? Would a black principal send a mass e-mail to a school full of black students looking for acting talent?

One thing you notice when you look at Tariq's timeline is that he never concedes a point. That is a chess level move. You never let a drop a blood leak into a pool of sharks. What Tariq is doing with his coverage of Chris Brown, Bill Cosby, OJ and Nate Parker is that white people with a healthy assist from their nbws just make up the rules to railroad Black people. Believe me, if Chris Brown can get a swat team sent to his house, so can you Black man.
As for Nate Parker, I found it mad suspicious how many accolades his film got and how there was a bidding war. A few Black sisters I know said at the time that it looked really suspicious that white people were so enthusiastic about the Nat Turner rebellion. This was the plan all along. Bring up decades up rape acquittal to smear this man and keep him from making a living.

Tariq's right. It is better to have a smaller, profitable project that you can control from beginning to end. Black people have been trusting white supremacist demons with our art for centuries and we have nothing to show for it. I bet Black people have not even received .00000001 percent of the wealth generated by Black art. This what happens when you trust a non-Black for your legacy. And for those saying Nate deserved this treatment because of his white wife, heal yourself. They would have done him the same way if his wife was white. Having a Black spouse will never make you less of a target.

According to my calculations, Twitter ignited the Egyptian revolution. I knew we had to take control of potential movements before they were started. It looks like we've been pretty successful in our endeavors. All that power, just sitting there. How could we ignore it? I know its old hat but our apologies to the blacks in America. World domination needs sacrifices.

I'm feeling generous today so I wanted to leave you with this message.

We chose your so called "Leader Of The Free World". If he was so influential in Chicago, Why is the murder rate so high? It's palpable that he was never qualified. From your perspective it must look very ironic. The hometown of your country's Presidency is the cancer of your country. The hometown of China's leader is the birthplace of Chinese civilization.

Not to take shots at you but on the real, none of what you said has anything to do with making money off of the technology industry.
Technology is a great equalizer. The grimiest hoodrat has access to a 4G phone to post her butt shots.

Facebook and Google were multi-billion dollar companies without ever making anything as tangible as even a screw.
Unless you are doing something super specialized like calculating the orbits of galaxies or predicting oil deposits, you have access to the same advanced technology as 99% of the smartest people on this planet. Most of you have broadband at home just as fast as that as your employer. Desktop computers are tapping out on speed so you can go to Walmart and get a computer that is just as powerful as the best computer corporate america buys for its staff.
And cloud computing and memory prices have dropped the cost of getting into the industry ridiculously. Damn near any Black person with a drive to win and a knack for tech can go to Best Buy and get enough equipment to compete with anyone else. A lot of major companies will give you free software tools for like a year to get you started.

If you are around Black people who are snobs, saboteurs, etc., then you need to change your circle. I refuse to deal with the lowest common denominator of anything, especially Black people. Every single Black person I deal with is on an entrepreneurial paper chase. Black women. Black men. I don't know any Black personally who is trying to work for a company until retirement. I love being around Black people with that energy. These SWS can go and hang themselves once we get an economy. I mean that too. If SWS started walking off of cliffs en masse because Black people got on code, I would cheer.

One more thing MF O.J Chris Brown and the rest of them coons I hate Chris Brown music and goofy dancing if o.j. wanna have white women go at it and the rest of theses negros W/S gotta plethora of black folks they gonna drag through the mud I am wasting no energy to give them any attention. Watch Hillary Clinton being touched by the black angel gives hope to the exodus.

One of the things I think black people who used to trust non-black people like I did in a corporate environment is that they will outright lie to your face about almost anything. Even the documentation you're reading could be a false report. So you are always high-stakes gambling by trusting their information.

Your point is takin,my thought is there's a few blacks I know who works this technology big brains but they have some sort of problem, and I have no time to figure it out,a lot of scams on the net.I was just saying all money will stay in my pocket for six years as far as me giving anything like it or not wondering how many people you know putting money in a pot to complete a short term or long term goal he'll you ain't gotta say, best of luck to you.oh yeah for the people around me were they at,were they at.

I hear you and get your points.I agree that where you are makes a difference.Sometimes you have to move out of your home city to raise up.

Yeah, it is challenging to put together a team.
Even SWS struggle there but the difference is that SWS will throw good money at a bad team just to keep the money circulating in their community. I have gone to school and worked with non-Blacks and straight up I think Blacks can compete. Plenty of mediocre non-Blacks are stacking paper.

Yeah, some Blacks get stuck up with the degrees but I noticed that a lot of them are getting a wake up call. I never forget the day I saw a SWS smack one of those NBWs at the office. She kept telling me how much she was educated but she took that smack from that SWS like a champion. She got that wake up call.

A lot of Blacks are hitting dead ends trying to climb that corporate ladder so they are more open to working with Black people. Blacks who wouldn't hear me back in the day seek my counsel now. People get tired of being on their knees and begging. Even a NBW needs to change her kneepads and gets a sore jaw.

I think the key is that you just need a few people, I am for at least 3 and no more than 5. Yeah, that is hard but you can run an entire company with a tight team of 5 people. Black people have to learn to pool money and stick to a plan. The success stories I see in business have the fact that they are focused.

And I don't bother trying to wake up anyone who is asleep. I know the SWS will smack those fools awake soon enough. Just give it time. I have seen it.

Peace family

An activist who was killed in Ferguson made a video about being hijacked by BLM. It's no surprise he was killed because BLM is being pushed by all white main stream media outlets as a strawman. Something to shoot arrows out but not admitting it's funded from the top down.
