Tariq needs to do away with the phone call portion of the show. It dilutes the (otherwise quality) podcast.

We're literally the only group who can't do something like the Asian community did for that girl. Any other race would mobilize just as fast and raise any amount of money it would take to free them. She'll be in China in no time.

"We're literally the only group who can't do something like the Asian community did for that girl. "

I disagree with that one. Black people have to change the definition of "We". For some reason, our average gets brought down by the dusty bros and ratchets. I don't include those in any calculations on Black decision making. Same as how w.s. don't include the meth heads in their thought leadership. That's not my "We". I put those people in the "Them" category.

The challenge is time. We spent a long time getting degraded. It is going to take time to learn to communicate and cooperate. The Internet has helped a lot because we can have open and closed conversations without the type of racists who frequent this website and Tariq's Twitter. Yeah, I know you racists are reading this.
kys. Look that up online racists and kys.

And you don't need a lot of people. You just need a few focused ones. Tariq used to talk about the 300 who helped him get HC started. Hell, even Hollywood understood 300 was enough to hold the line.

I am guessing that asian girl had deep connects going back years and over continents. You don't raise that type of money overnight.
Someone pulled in every favor possible. That is a special case and I would not say that is typical.

Those Black women who stay going to these asian spots, point blank, they are going to learn the hard way because Black men can only get involved after the fact.
I do not frequent those places.
If you want sue li to do your nails that badly and her husband whups your behind in the process, I can't help you until the next business day.
Same with these asian food places. Black people with really low self-esteem eat at those establishments. I charge those to the game.

As much as I'd like to agree I don't think this is the case. The dusty ones either outnumber us or are louder... I mean, look at what we were just talking about, the callers... He gets more dusty, inarticulate callers than not, and eloquent on point ones are a rarity.

Have you ever read Tariq's YouTube comments on these shows? Cringe-city.

I agree that we should not wait for everyone to get on code, and I think the internet has been a huge facilitator like you said, but we're still a long way from doing what the Chinese community did.

We can't even financially bankrupt violent racist store owners who get 100% of their sales from our community, how are we ever gonna get on the level where we aggregate our resources for our betterment?

It is a shame that as his brand has increased, the quality of calls remains about the same. That one brother sounded like a special needs case. The easy way to deal with the calls is to get a producer to just screen his calls. Logistically, that seems hard as he can record the podcast whenever.

I immediately mute the sound whenever he gets a male caller. Damn shame too.

Also, here's the problem I have with big companies.

They can be racist af, but they're too big to affect. I will try to boycott them even if I'm only 1 person, the problem is they are so big they can survive because the dominant society will never give them up.

To be honest, if your product is good enough people won't give 2 craps how bigoted you are.

I mean, white America loves the LGBT way more than they love us, yet even they won't give up their Chik Fila over the LGBT. Lol

Yeah, I agree with that one. The chic-filets in my area cause traffic jams. That food is crack for some people.

Well, the cultural weight American Black urban youth have relative to the general population is ridiculous. If Black youth started shunning a brand, vocally, that would directly hurt that brand in the marketplace. But otherwise, yes, the majority would keep it going.

I keep thinking about how Tiger Woods was the one sustaining force for Nike's Golf division. Once Tiger retreated, Nike folded that division. Tiger was an anomaly of course but I can see that being used elsewhere.

hick fil a got broke down about lgbt, that illuminati power knocked the mess out of them

I am neutral, cause its gay white folk gainst strate white folk. I remember one of the tenets of the Georgia Guidestones was to keep the population low, if they cannot do it by choice (gays, materialistic values) they will use wars and other violence.

@ Phaddi Snaxx

I agree. I consider any LGBT grievance to be a white folks war. Black people who fall under the LGBT umbrella JUST HAPPEN to receive the crumbs.

If gay marriage and all that were a black issue, you'd be crazy to think the Supreme court would grant that right in a thousand years.

They are/have been rolling back the laws that did benefit people of color - I know yall know, but just saying. man, was hoping Tariq had a new show today calling out those coons sitting next to Trump when he announcing bombing - it is embarrassing. trump ain't even illuminati -- he just an privileged idiot
Steve Harvey singlehandledy decimated his brand, I can't listen to his morning show any more after the way he used to rant DAILY about Trump being racist. I guess he aint really a thrall of the illuminati like I thought after all - how the hell could he think this would be a good look...

Man, I washed my hands of Steve Harvey when he had that disgusting, filthy pig paula dean on his show as part of her redemption tour.
Malcolm X called it out years ago on how these demons always have some bought and paid for negro waiting in the wings to disrupt any progress.

I am not worried about an illuminati when race soldiers can kill Black people on camera in front of witnesses and face no repercussions. That is as blatant as possible. No conspiracy there.
