110% correct about the gay black dude in a corporate office. Seen it first hand. White women joke and play and chop it up with them all day/every day while looking at a normal black dude sideways like he about to jump on them.
sisters do it too. we had some gay guys in my high school they loved them dudes but would not speak to most brothers
w.s. obsess over genetics. Gay couples do not pass on their genetic material.
w.s. love seeing flamboyantly gay Black men because w.s. see them as weak, not warriors, with no prospect of passing on genetic material. A society of weak men who do not pass on their genes to the next generation are an evolutionary dead-end. Not to diss our Black brothers and sisters in the gay community. That gay community is just as racist as the larger population.
Notice when the w.s. win majority elections they immediately make it easier to victimize Black people. And they IMMEDIATELY start passing laws to limit white women's access to birth control. Birth control means white women can have sex with whoever and never get pregnant. The w.s. hates that. When you got a bunch of crusty, old white men trying to limit birth control options for white women, that is their fear of genetic annihilation.
Ugh, I just started a job a few days before listening to this podcast... It has public school demographics... Mostly females of the dominant society. And I'm one non-gay, thorough, attractive, brother there.
You stated you work in this type of setting, help a bro out.
Man, the best advice I can give is that assume they are all on it, it being w.s. tendencies. Don't let yourself be surprised when they start talking slick to push your buttons, even the liberals.
The best tactic for me was gathering information and always focusing on facts. I work in the tech industry so that makes it harder for w.s. to come at me with "because I said so boy" logic.
Once it is clear you know some things, they back off because they don't know what you are planning or how you may retaliate. And they don't want to look stupid to your peers.
As for the women, I only talk to women in the dominant society who are candidates for the soul pole. Or maybe they can hook a brother up with some assets like property. I don't get confused by their women. And white women magic is real. Don't let yourself be mesmerized.
So my advice is just studying them, so you never get surprised by their tactics. And never let them see you sweat.
Finally have an exit plan. I never walk into a w.s. or suspected w.s. environment without a plan to leave that day intact. Each job was treated like an internship. I may kick with a few non-Blacks, but I always keep a strategy for cutting the off. None of them know my plans.
Man, I spent more than half my life living and working among them. Don't trust them.
Start studying compensatory counter-Racist Code. Neely fuller jr. Labor
Was that to me?
Brothers and Sisters, I just checked amazon.com.
You can order Neely Fuller's book today from them.
You can order Dr. Welsing's the Isis Papers starting 6/17/2017.
Of course, you should buy the books from a BLACK-owned bookstore. I am not near any of those so this was my best option.
If anyone knows a Black-owned bookstore that has a good online site, post it here for the family.
Many people of both races are absolutely clueless regarding white supremacy and it's motives. Sad commentary that so many are clueless about what is going on around them.
Man oh man, I had to hit the pause button out of laughter about the gay coons in the office. With all that "honey chile mess" but be all yes sir, no sir, preaching about job security during meetings. My former IT trainer is now a Supervisor in my area and is one of those. He's a grown man and is married with 2 teenagers. I was at my desk (super early) taking down my flat twists, when low and behold he enters my cube and peers over my shoulder, asking what was I doing with my hair? I said nothing and proceeded to mind my business. I looked in confusion as to why was he in my area in the first place. That mf had the audacity to say "Well I don't need to see it!" and let out the loudest cackle amongst the few other ladies who were settling in (all AA btw) Those old hoes followed suit with the cackling then came back around saying how he didn't know any better. He's just going through some things bc he was just outed at church by his lover who's the piano player during service. That has absolutely nothing to do with my flowing tresses. To add fuel to the fire he comes back minutes later and says he doesn't have to hassle with hair, rubbed his head and says he cuts it all off when it becomes too much for him, but isn't suggesting that I do so. What are you saying then? I know I'm supposed to remain on code but screw that, I have an HR meeting this week.
Weird attempt at rapport building I'm guessing. ¯\_(ツ)_/ ¯
