110% correct about the gay black dude in a corporate office. Seen it first hand. White women joke and play and chop it up with them all day/every day while looking at a normal black dude sideways like he about to jump on them.

sisters do it too. we had some gay guys in my high school they loved them dudes but would not speak to most brothers

Ugh, I just started a job a few days before listening to this podcast... It has public school demographics... Mostly females of the dominant society. And I'm one non-gay, thorough, attractive, brother there.

Man, the best advice I can give is that assume they are all on it, it being w.s. tendencies. Don't let yourself be surprised when they start talking slick to push your buttons, even the liberals.

Many people of both races are absolutely clueless regarding white supremacy and it's motives. Sad commentary that so many are clueless about what is going on around them.

Man oh man, I had to hit the pause button out of laughter about the gay coons in the office. With all that "honey chile mess" but be all yes sir, no sir, preaching about job security during meetings. My former IT trainer is now a Supervisor in my area and is one of those. He's a grown man and is married with 2 teenagers. I was at my desk (super early) taking down my flat twists, when low and behold he enters my cube and peers over my shoulder, asking what was I doing with my hair? I said nothing and proceeded to mind my business. I looked in confusion as to why was he in my area in the first place. That mf had the audacity to say "Well I don't need to see it!" and let out the loudest cackle amongst the few other ladies who were settling in (all AA btw) Those old hoes followed suit with the cackling then came back around saying how he didn't know any better. He's just going through some things bc he was just outed at church by his lover who's the piano player during service. That has absolutely nothing to do with my flowing tresses.To add fuel to the fire he comes back minutes later and says he doesn't have to hassle with hair, rubbed his head and says he cuts it all off when it becomes too much for him, but isn't suggesting that I do so. What are you saying then? I know I'm supposed to remain on code but screw that, I have an HR meeting this week.
