It's an unfortunate part of human nature, and it maybe hits Black folks harder - the need to try to create some kind of argument out of every discussion. To make it about ME, when it has nothing to do with you personally. Black women in particular are quick to throw their degrees at you, as if that automatically makes them the smartest person in the room, and that everyone else just needs to be quiet. I'd never knock education, but your degree doesn't complete you (this goes for men too of course) - education prepares you to go out into the world and continue learning. Learn to listen to others before running your mouth.

Pre-algebra, 5th grade, I recall a group assignment given to four of us. My class was mostly white so I was the only black girl in my group. Nobody wanted to work with me so the other three came up with an answer. I realized the answer was wrong so I pretty much gave them the solution. They rejected it and we ended up getting our grades lowered. It turned out that the solution I gave was right. Everyone in my group was tensed after that. I was pretty pissed and wanted to tell them off. However, I'm glad I didn't. It was funny.

Kids like that learn discrimination from their parents. People act like racism just dies off, not realizing that those pathologies get passed on. It is a straight miracle for a racist parent to not end up with racist kids. And the thing is, for plenty of black kids, experiences like that kill their self-esteem. There really is no protection for black kids like those anti-bullying campaigns white kids get to protect their feelings.

I had a similar experience on a project. I was the lone black. My project needed more people but to keep the glory for themselves, I was excluded from anything critical. At one meeting it became clear to me that they were heading toward a train wreck. I kept my mouth shut, as no one listened anyway. Let me tell you, that project failed spectacularly. As I had been marginalized by design, none of the blame fell on me. It was a strange victory. A similar event happened years later, but at a larger scale. I knew the game by then and bailed before everything went south.

The funny thing is, both times, the white boys in charge got promoted despite their failures! The client was hot because so much money was wasted but the white boys' managers protected them. That is a code, dumb, but a code nonetheless.

This is why black people need separate employment, educational and economic systems. We have absolute zero to show for anything we have invested in the white run system.

This is why I can't wait to finish college and obtain the credentials needed so that I can start my business.

Pretty much. I don't knock working for someone else in order to build up startup capital for your own business. There is nothing wrong with fulltime employment. Where the last generation failed us is in teaching that our highest ambition should be taking our talents to go work for a white man.

What exactly are you exposing? The fact that the man is human and has enemies and haters . Listen you aint doing nothing until you have a dozen haters .Thats when its time to applaud and pack yourself on the back. The man put in the WORKS its not all about hidden colors the documentary. The man is doing alot of behind the scene everyday WORKS. Do you know that you can be sue for defamation of character? especially when it affects a person financially and personally. You would lose your case because whatever you said about this man you cannot prove. You need to Fight a bigger cause instead of trolling.

Check out the PBS documentary "Slavery By Another Name".
The prison system and the inner city projects are continuations of the plantation: free labor and systematic degradation. It is impossible to have such a huge prison and project system without central planning.

Thanks for recommending that doco. It was deep. You're absolutely right that the justice system continues where the doco left off.

The slave mentality is passed on from generation to generation. If your ancestors were slaves, they brought up their children to have a slave's mindset; and their children's children were brought up to have slave mentalities. The slave upbringing is what we were exposed to and thus accustomed to. To break that cycle requires massive effort, but do keep in mind that society will try to remind you of your slave lineage to only make your struggle that much tougher.

That "I have a degree" pattern with *certain, not all* black women is by design. Black men get put into "special education" programs. Or they get put on an athletic track with a corresponding neglect in their studies. So you get a large population of black men with reduced life skills. Reduced life skills makes it impossible to fully support a family.

White people are fine with black women accumulating all kinds of degrees because those degrees DO NOT TRANSLATE INTO POWER. I know groups of black women with 2+ degrees on average and they are at the same jobs with the same pay scale.
The education divide is also used as a wedge to separate black women and black men. Look at how the NCAA works. Most of those black athletes have jack to show with respect to an education.

So now you have a surplus of dumb ex-jocks/aspiring rappers and a population of women with degrees but no men. Yeah, what I said was grossly simplified but that is the gist of what is going on.

White people have no problem hiring black women in general because black women on their own do not attack white power structures. Get a bunch of black men in there and the energy changes really quickly.

Agreed 100%. The black male is the main target of white supremacy; thus, he will be disenfranchised as often as possible in all areas of people activity (as identified by Neely Fuller Jr.) more than the black female (black females are also targeted but not to the same extent as black males). Black males are the threat; not the females. Males of all races/ethnicities are the builders of their respective nations; the females are the supporters. If black males are allowed to have quality education and jobs/careers on a large national scale, the black community would be at the top of the racial hierarchy. If black females are allowed to have most of the jobs offered to blacks, then the black community will remain where it currently is: elevated high school drop out rates; high teen pregnancies; rampant hiv/aids and STDs in the community; massive unemployment in the community; single parent households; etc.

When a black female gets a job/career, what do you hear her say? "I don't need no man! I can do it all by myself!"

When a black male gets a job/career, what do you hear him say? "Am going to get myself a beautiful wife so we can begin to raise a family."

These are the mindsets of the black male and black female. Is it any wonder the black community is worse off today than immediately after slavery ended?

This is further being exacerbated by feminists/ liberals with their "Let's eradicate all gender roles" b.s.

They'll get the black feminists on board with this nonsense and adding fuel to the fire of an already hyper-matriarchal community.

Meanwhile they're getting excited to see little boys run around with dresses and high heels on.

sigh...

Tariq in his podcast talked about detecting white supremacy as a child.
Well, in grade school, I noticed that the teachers went HARD at the black males. The black girls were mostly left alone but the punishment for black males seemed disproportionate. Years later it became clear. Knock out the black male early and the black female is left unprotected and easily exploited.

As much as the white press likes to hype how educated black women are, they present almost no positive images of them. And corporate America gives black women nothing as a group.

The sister Shahrazad Ali gave a speech where she said black men have never been in a position of peace in America. As a group, we have never been able to walk freely and comfortably. We have always been under siege. And of course the black woman suffers as a result.

I used to think that at first, but no. Tariq probably wouldn't even read these comments, knowing him. I feel sad about the situation between him and Griff, especially after all the podcasts he's created "about brothers sticking together and not letting no woman cause no rift between players".
Episode #91 - "Bros Before Hoes"
Episode #54 -"Interview With Former Pimp,Rosebudd"
Episode #271 - "Interview With Professor Griff of Public Enemy"
Episode #319‎ - "The Return Of Professor Griff (The War On Hip Hop)"
I knew there was a reason Griff had started conking his hair and grew it out like that... The Illuminati have once again used cucci to turn a soldier to their side. And by "knowing him" I mean that when we all chopped it up on his Tairq's Myspace advice blog, Tariq rarely came in and said something, especially towards the end of Myspace usage. He would only step in when he felt we were out of line and giving other brothers bad advice or he had a perspective he wanted to share...

Nah, you sad sack troll. I am not the good brother Tariq Nasheed posting under an alias. The brother Tariq has books, documentaries and his own social media accounts to broadcast.
With those assets, posting under an alias is hustling backwards, a clear violation of true Mack code.

I respect Brother Tariq for putting us up on game. His podcast on the negro bed wench changed my life. I respect that he preaches what he practices in appealing specifically to black people to fund Hidden Colors' development.

Anyway, you don't insult me by comparing me to real black people.
My friends, observe how much energy the black male has to exert to repel all attackers just to get some independent success. people let white boys fail on their own. Black males get active sabotage from all sides. And sellouts want to ask why the black race is far behind?

He's gonna use 100,000.00 to make a DVD that's not gonna stop racism. It will only teach and uplift. That's not what we donating for. Like Ms. Ali said in hiddencolors 1 we need job creation fuck a DVD. He's gonna spend that on his family and go on many vacations. He don't care about black people he's manipulating y'all

Mr. Mitchell

@ Hors Sfier:

That is the goal of white supremacy: eliminate the male and exploit the female. Keep in mind that racism IS war, and in war what is the most effective strategy? Kill the males...enslave the females.

This is what is happening today, and that has been happening for centuries world wide. Black males are a massive threat to white supremacy. The black male has to be put down constantly...he must remain on his knees. Should he rise on his feet, white supremacy will be over. I truly believe that the only people to dismantle the system of white supremacy is black people...black males specifically.

There is just one problem: there is too much disagreement and distractions in the black community: black females contribute (whether knowingly or not) to keeping black males down: mothers effeminize their sons; black female teachers push their black male students into special ed or they get them drugged up on prescriptions because those boys are inaccurately diagnosed with a "learning disability"; black females reward the class clown/bad boy/thug with sex while (which, by the way, reinforces destructive behavior) ignoring the hard working and intelligent black male; and black females in the work place will act passive aggressively towards the black males in her office.

Black males will flat out kill one another for very stupid reasons; they'll even fight each other over hoodrat/ratchet black females...

The black male is under attack by his own people and by white supremacists, and by other races...yet the black male still stands, for he is the strongest male on earth.

Right now, I sell technology products to everyone. I want a subsidiary focused solely on the black community. If all goes according to plan, that will happen by 2016.

Black people, consider you had a legitimate business who's core demographic is black people. Now, let's say you had a paid black sellout trolling your ability to legally and above board sell a product to the black community. Warner Bros., Amazon, Home Depot, Disney etc. sell to black people with no interference. None of their money goes to the black community. What do you think they would do to a black trying to cut into their legitimate business? Ask yourself, what do we do with these sellouts? What should be done about them? That is an open thought exercise. For those of you planning a business, consider the reality of these trolls and how you must neutralize them. Point blank.

Before getting into these troll scenarios, I think we must first be very strategic in the types of businesses and services we own. Big box stores have squeezed out small businesses, such as, hardware, small neighborhood markets and family owned pharmacies and drug stores. We're already competitive in beauty salons/nail salons, barbershops and some restaurants. Anything in retail doesn't last very long in black neighborhoods (too much competition and overhead) where I am. I've always been interested in oil supply and trucking but being black and female the prospects of success always looked dim, to say the least. I'd like to see one of you guys get into this even if you have to use a white boy as a beard. What do you think?

Reply

I meant trolling in the universal sense. For example a sellout black you hire committing corporate espionage against your business.

I am in IT and I wish more black people used those tools for things other than trolling social media for attention and sex. So my recommendation would be software. Software is like the oil of the economy. It runs so much in so many places. Unless you are doing something at the cutting edge of technology, you have access to just as much technology as any white man.

As for physical products. Black women should be running the beauty business across the board. I mean, even dealing to white women. Asians cornered the hair and nail market to the point where they can innovate. White people follow black fashion sense. If black women as a group circulated that money...they would dominate.

As far as logistics, which is basically what trucking is, that requires hardcore computer algorithms for optimizing routes. If they open up drones for shipping, black people can jump on that.

I am not keen on a white beard. White people as a group are conditioned to dominate. No one else uses a white beard. Why should we.

I think black people when focused will dominate anything. We have enough targets but not enough soldiers. So I see the question less of a what and more of "let's do this"

Hey what's up Tariq, I know that you are doing an event in London next week. I'm in London this week visiting from the states. While in London if you have the time you should check out the British Museum and maybe go to France/Paris as well. The British Museum is very interesting with it's Egyptian and African exhibits. If you are able to make it out to Paris, it has some very sheepish people and customs. There's alot of brothers and sisters out there too. I just thought I would chop it up with you about my little experience of these two countries. Thanks for what you do and safe travels. #THECODE

"It will only teach and uplift." laugh out loud @ ptahisback

Yeah, I did a doubletake at that line as well. That deserved the equivalent of a Darwin Award for trolling. The fool contradicted himself.

Nah bro, I am not the homie Tariq. He and I had very different upbringings but white supremacy wants us both exploited, in jail or neutralized. Using the Internet Archive, I listened to every single podcast prior to the series(1-69) posted to the site to date. His "negro bedwench" podcast kept coming up on my YT suggestions. I finally listened to it and as I have often said, that podcast explained damn near every behavior I had seen with the black women in corporate America. From the streets to corporations, that brother was the first one to explain to me at least why black men were so dominated by damn near every demographic in America, financially and military. I just dodged a relationship bullet based on an answer Tariq had given a caller years ago. So I am not a hater. Black people need to support our soldiers.

I don't agree with Tariq 100% on everything but black people will stay losing until we agree on how to survive.

I'm not keen on a beard either but there are some significant areas in the economy that are monopolized by whites and others and they intend to keep it on lock making it difficult, if not impossible for blacks to break in. American Africans have already broken through the ceiling of fashion and fashion design. Daymond John for example and about 25 others.http://www.blackfashionweekusa.com/2015-designers.html

I'm talking about areas that generate vast amounts of wealth and productivity (employment). It doesn't even have to be one person but a LLC group.

"I'm talking about areas that generate vast amounts of wealth and productivity (employment). It doesn't even have to be one person but a LLC group."

Ah. I see. Well vast amounts of wealth requires vast amount of group cooperation for monetary purposes. Whether we will get to that level of cooperation at a large scale is an open question. I see it more as phases, say bringing in at least $2500 in supplementary, relatively passive income per month based on something in which you have talent, say in photography, cooking or woodworking.

It is like running the 5Ks before getting to the full marathons. The smaller victories builds up the confidence for the larger fight. We need a bunch of small businesses who are nimble. Profitable but not quite on the radar until we hit full strength. That also gives us time to build a network of lawyers, accountants etc. I would love to have a large corporation with black lawyers and black accountants.

Again I would love to big fast but would prefer consistency in our revenues stream for long term progress.

Sometimes when Tariq comes off the dome, he has a misstep, because it's relative to what he has experienced himself, or heard from friends/acquaintances. I vote that a far better (and profitable) response would be to videotape them and put it on youtube. Check it out -- "Video of Harold Hakujin and Clarissa Whitehaven using racial slurs in college class" I guarantee the sht not only go viral, the news and the rest of the media would get into the act - it will be on NBC news the next evening. And the best part? Those two people in one fell swoop become complete poison to any HR department that would hire them in the United States because of the potential liabilities. Every time one of these honeytrappers pull alongside me in their autos and give me "the face" I pull out my video camera and they take the very next exit...

@Phaddi Snaxx, I agree with that. Something about I have to wait for a white person to come to my rescue doesn't sit well with me.

It's strange really... White America is operating under White Supremacy, but a blatantly racist white person on camera will gain scorn from all over!

White supremacy turns against their own if they don't play it safe.

Must say I gotta love the excuses 100% of white people make after they get caught...

"I meant it as a joke, I apologize for my stupid actions I have no tolerance for racism..."

"I have black friends and I thought it was cool to say it..."

"This isn't like me at all, I don't have a racist bone in my body..."

No one's ever racist. lmao
