LMAO. Damn. Tariq was rough, borderline BRUTAL, on that caller Lisa but it was necessary. I actually like what Lisa was trying to say but she needs to stay in her lane. How are you going to tell a grown man on his own podcast what he should discuss? She has some good ideas but unless she can bring some of that to fruition herself people of all shades will just ignore her.

Black people who don't have a track record for success should tread really carefully. Get your weight up before trying to box with heavyweights. And the thing is, a lot of black people still are ignorant of the existential danger we face. You got black people who still don't understand how we are being targeted. What Tariq says about white supremacy and domestic violence is true. White men get a definite pass in the media. Black men get punished well after they serve their time. The police response to black teenagers is always to escalate.Baltimore happened just a few weeks ago and black people still will not face the reality that we are close to being wiped out. We don't really have time for catch up. This white supremacists are literally training their preteens now to shoot us on site. Yet this Lisa thinks there is too much talk about white supremacy. SMh.

Lisa is full of doodoo, I think Tariq might be right and that chick was on the pipe back in the day (90's). There's a preacher that comes through here every now and then and my grandfather lets him preach... My mother said she grew up with him, but don't want to listen to him... she says she knows who he really is? I know he admitted in the pulpit that he used to be addicted to crack and his son fell into the gang life in Chicago and was killed IIRC. If that chick was a crack head for real, in her mind - Tariq wasn't even being hard on her - that's why I think she was kind of laughing, notice she didn't hang up the phone, he had to cut her off

I find it HILARIOUS how Tariq cut that caller off when she brought up what he's doing with the dividends of all the stuff he sells. I tell you what he does, he takes more and more vacations and makes improvements to his home in white suburbia. Please YOUNG PEOPLE,please see this hustler for what he is. He's about padding his damn pockets,nothing more nothing less. The whole macking game $$$ starting drying up and he was meeting a ton of resistance from different women's rights groups so what did he do? Switched up his platform to the whole white supremacy thing. Only difference being that he ACTUALLY KNEW what he was talking about with the macking and dating stuff. I love it how ANYONE who's views differ from Tariq or call him out on his many contradictions should "kill themselves" or are "trolls" or spammers. He's got his "followers" wound up damn tight and on a tight ass leash. When you have so.eine who is above criticism or having thier views held up to the light of day you commit the biggest mistake...you KILL what could be a meaningful exchange of information and stunt forward progress. This is one of my main gripes with Tariq - - - He will NEVER say the words "I was wrong" or "maybe x,y & z can be done a different way. His continent sized EGO pumped up from his years of "macking" won't allow it. I just hope he never claims to be a "leader" because he would quickly "lead" his followers off a cliff to make a few $$$$ in a half of a heartbeat.

Also,why the f##k would the govt call on the national guards and tanks and rockets (which weren't actual rockets,just rocket tunes to launch tear gas and crowd control agents)& all that other stuff on a violent incident isolated to one small area and one business. OFF COURSE the national guard are going to be called in when a city is rioting which can result in ten times more damage. Comparing the two is just straight stupid. And yes,NATIONAL GUARD soldiers wear camouflage, it's the only uniform thier provided with. Comparing the streets of Baltimore and the actions taken by the govt to what happened in Iraq and other war zones is a gross over exaggeration. I was IN Iraq and Afghanistan and can tell you first hand it doesn't come close to what happened in baltimore and Furguson and will happen in the near future when another unarmed black man or kid is shot by police...I'm surprised it hasn't happened in Ohio which is basically the capital of corrupt police activity but I digress. Tariq, there's ALOT you can be talking about and doing to actually make (a small) dent in the injustice going on but you aren't doing. How is it weird that Tariq cut her off when she asked about where he is putting his profits? That is a strange question to ask about a FOR-PROFIT company. He is not running a 501c charity. I wish some random chick would ask me where my money is going.

With respect to profits in the black community: Do black people ever ask the Koreans where their profits go? Do black people ever ask Arabs where their profits go? When was the last time a black challenged an Indian on where his profits go? And Lord knows a black will not dare challenge a white man on where his profits from the black community goes. That Lisa was real brave on challenging Tariq but I guarantee you she does not say jack to her white bosses at work. All that money made off the black community disappears without a question...until a black starts making a legitimate buck.

This quote right here is the problem with black people. If Sarge WP, Kap Solo and Afrobabe were worth JACK they would have built their OWN platforms. Afrobabe is one of these black women who is upset that light skinned blacks are the only accepted beauty in Hollywood. That was her whole beef. She should start her own magazine and web site featuring african beauties...but she won't.

If you can't build your own platform on which to stand, metaphorically and literally, you aren't worth the time of day. Technology has advanced to where at least everyone can have a voice and build a following...if what they say has any value. That bird Lisa kept going on and on about what someone else needs to do. Why is her own SON not able to provide for her? She is collecting cans and lecturing someone else's kid about what he needs to do.

I tell you, as soon as a black starts talking about what someone else needs to do, and is not able to accomplish anything him or herself, do yourself a favor and TUNE OUT. That person will never amount to anything. Imagine Steve Jobs, Bill Gates or Warren Buffet rambling about where someone else needs to invest time, people and resources BEFORE they were had made their billions. First, I live a very nice area in a major city downtown. I love black people and support when I can. But, when Macy's is one block away from me, driving down to the park to purchase earrings from someone that I don't know and that has no refund policy is not convenient for me. I've told many black vendors to pay the extra 75 bucks or so to sell in more prominent areas where there are black people wiling to spend their dollar. People have told me to help pay part of the fee or that they cannot do it even though financially it makes sense. It's not enough for the business to be black owned. The business needs to be comparable in value and service. If Lisa's earrings are thorough, then she could contract through established jewelry stores to sell her earrings. Judging from her commentary, she is probably at the park every other weekend from 1pm to 115pm then 230 to 239. I doubt she has earrings comparable to Macy's.

Second, Lisa's son has three jobs which clearly demonstrates that she has really done nothing for him as far as handing down generational wealth.

Third, black people need to be beat over the head about white supremacy because they don't understand the depths of economic disparity between blacks and whites. Both of my parents are doctors, and even with that level of income, there is still economic disparity between them and their peers due to generational wealth passed down from slavery. Selling jewelry on the weekends is not going to catch black people up and ignoring the root of the problem is not going to help.

Fourth, in addition to asking a black person if they own a business ask them if they own any stocks or bonds. If it's a no, then tune out.

Fifth, Tariq is not here to handhold everyone through the process. This woman is damn near 50 asking Tariq to physically implement a personal plan for everyone.

Lastly, Black need to understand business. When you shop you are exchanging money for that product. You are not exchanging money for that product AND future control of how the business owner spends their money. It makes my skin crawl when Black people try to tell other Black people what to spend their money on knowing damn well they wouldn't do the same and when they don't ask Kellogs or Pepsi to reinvest in the black community.

Amen on all points. Agreed 100%. I won't knock a person for working for a white corporation. Legit money is legit money. But you got to be nuts to lecture someone who is making legal, independent money outside of a white corporate structure. Even if I disagreed with Tariq on all his opinions, I learned that it is possible to self-publish without begging a white company for help. I would use that to self-publish and make a counterargument. Begging another man for workshops and seminars and going to cut it.

I am in a white male dominated industry. Even white women are a rarity. White men teach their kids at an early age to wage economic, physical and psychological warfare on non-whites. They teach them investment early. They teach them firearms early.

I take a training class for a specialty skill. The white owner of the workshop has his teenage daughter and teenage son work for him during the summer helping to train adults. It blew my mind when I saw this the first time. The daughter was around 14 instructing people more than twice her age on how to use the tools. That white man was preparing his children to take over the business. And the thing is, the owner told me he had spent 7 years working for another man, saving up his coins and then buying his own business. His kid goes to college to get a degree and can then jump right into a highly ranked business. The point is, this man is as soft-spoken as they come. Yet he already has a top business and is setting up his children to take over. Calling up podcasts complaining won't get you these results.

Agree with everything except #4. I would not encourage any black person to invest their hard earned money in stocks right now. The market is not stable enough, in my opinion. I've read where major players are currently selling their shares. In terms of bonds, people have to be schooled on the various types of bonds and the characteristics of each before investing/purchasing. Most of our people know very little about these ventures b/c we've never been able to afford the possible loss, depreciation or sitting on Series bonds for X number of years. Until then, I'd recommend a good ole fashioned savings account.

Anything will require due diligence. The goal is to set up a parallel economy. A good ole fashioned savings account won’t do it because again, this is not what they do. I have taken losses in the market but within 4-5 months I have grown my money from 500 to $4,2150. I have grown it without showing up to a job where I have to deal with boss, co-workers, meeting any deadlines or selling earrings.

So what is required? As far as your comment “The market isn’t stable”, this is why you read and study. Every stock has a specific wave pattern and fundamentals that you can study to lessen your risk. I get up at 4 am to read every piece of financial news to determine how I’m going to play the day. You can set up stop losses so that if you are working and your stock falls to a certain price, it will automatically sell so you don’t lose all of your money. If you are in a stock is at 10/share and you want to sell if it goes below 9.99/share, you can with a stop loss. You don’t have to lose all of your money. And the concept of losing all of your money is a scare tactic. The market isn’t gambling. Where in a second you go from 200 dollars to zero, and you always can set up a stop loss to get out at a time you feel comfortable. If you do lose all of your money, you can count this loss as a deduction on your taxes yielding a return in some cases. There are many tools that you can use to reduce risk. It’s funny how all of my Jewish associates and their family stay in the market despite it being so unstable

As far as hard earned money, I get it. But, let’s get off of that because we as Black people can find the money to do what we want to do. If a Black person purchased one 40 dollar share of Chipotle (About 4-5 burritos) back in 2006, they’d have about 700 bucks right now. If a black person purchased one share of Berkshire Hathaway in the 80s for 300 bucks, they would have almost $220,000. Knowing what I know about the market, I’d rather take a well-researched chance on a stock and lose than to give Nike 200 for some Jordans. Instead of 200 for Jordans how about investing in Nike (That will buy you about 2 shares). Instead of 200 for an Iphone, buy two apple shares. In a year, maybe if the stock doubles, you can own a share of Nike and sell the other share to now get the pair of Jordans. You know where I got the 500 to start? Instead flying home for Thanksgiving (very expensive at this time) I took a 10 hour bus. Now I can fly up there 8 times if I wanted.

Soros and Ichan other billionaires are buying millions of shares of small cap companies. Again this is when the reading and research comes in. Someone selling shares can mean many different things. It can mean that dilution is coming to fund the company. It can mean that the company is lowering the price so that they can get the big guys to come in and buy their shares at a lower price and news of this will drive the price/share even higher.

People lose money for many reasons. You lose money when you don’t use a coupon or don’t research for promo codes online and buy full price. You lose money when you buy lunch instead of paper bagging it. You lose money when that mechanic or computer tech scams you on repairs. If you want to try this you must study and sacrifice. We as black people do not know how to make money without physically being somewhere and giving our time. Time in exchange for money is one of the WORST exchanges. You can save as much as you want in a good ole fashioned savings account but black people cannot create a parallel economy on that when one woman writes a Harry Potter book, makes millions of copies of it and makes billions of dollars. For those that can sacrifice and don’t want to fully commit to owning a brick and mortar spot, try investing. Go to the library. Read, read, and read. And when you get tired, read some more. Paper trade (play trade) until you get used to things before putting money down. There is plenty of free information out there. If you are really scared instead of getting Christmas gifts, ask people to buy a share of something for you.

Savings account is okay but working your money is much better. Savings will get you around 1% so why would you do that when you can put it towards something earning a greater yield? Part of owning a business is taking risks but it seems like you're discouraging that. #stuckintheratrace

I live and work in nyc for a major union dealing with transportation/railroads. I see subtle bullshit from caucasian co workers every fucking day. But they will not dare say what they feel to me. My ice glare lets them know not to. My point is we have to inevitably come together in unison and soon because these anglo-saxon fiends are gunning for us hard body! If you want to know the reason why black people ages 35 and under no longer respect you the way you should is because of the final caller. in this 21st century the black youth are no longer taking majority of the black elders seriously because they are in cahoots with white supremacy and making every excuse to not do anything about it. First, he tells the caller about making mistakes yet he gives another caller advice on how to hit it and quit it.

Second, he complains about black people working for white supremacy yet if these white people was so racist why would they hire black people in the first place. They're things we can do beside gloating about how supreme white people are. Like supporting the few black businesses with our "white supremacist" paychecks.

Aand finally Third, The crap that you're spitting is filled with divisive willie lynch shit. These so called "older" black people helped me get back on my feet numerous times. Firstly I don't knock Tariq's hustle. He never claimed to be a role model, mentor or leader of the community. He's a business man and hustler who changed his game from macking to race baiting. I say race baiting because most of the time he sounds like the other side of the racist coin.You have your white supremacist internet personalities and on the other side you have Tariq. You can't have one without the other. The caller Lisa really offended Tariq when she said stop talking about white supremacy because she was literally saying stop talking about what is bringing you so much money lol. He didn't handle it very well in my opinion lol. She doesn't have a website, she had a child young, his own momma probably had him young lol. She was an older black woman....again...his momma is too lol. She had ideas she could not and has not put into practice....SO WHAT? That doesn't warrant treating her with such disdain, condemnation, negativity and utter vitriol. That negative vibe is a total and utter turnoff and even he knows that. And younger black folks who have good paying jobs are no better than their older counterparts when it comes to speaking out against WS. Bottom line...he could have handled Lisa much better. The Hidden Colors series may not be 100% accurate with all the evidences and proofs that would give it universal credibility, but it's no less accurate than the documentaries and history books given to us by the dominant society as he would say. I don't expect Tariq to be the next Malcolm Martin or Mandela. He has a beautiful family and I don't expect or want him to put his life in any danger. I agree that the idea of ending black disunity, black inferiority and white supremacy and must continue to be pumped endlessly into our community and into the hearts and minds of our children. It's the idea that must unite us, not any individual. Tariq is a very intelligent brother who has good intentions towards the future of black America even if he is still about getting his money first. But like someone else said, throwing out blanket statements about our elders and our women only divides us. A true leader has the ability to make even his biggest critics feel respected and appreciated. That is how you unite our people.

Tariq has said clearly and explicitly that he has no interest in being a black leader. The man's focus is building revenue streams that help black people protect themselves. Jews have figured this out and they have no leader. Koreans have figured this out and they have no leader. So a black leader would be useless. Only a fool would want that title. Black people stay stuck waiting on a messiah while their tails are getting kicked. Damn shame. How's all that praying working out?

And who cares about uniting black people? That is a waste of time. The only goal is since black people are TARGETED as a group, to DEFEND ourselves as a group when we are attacked. There is no other successful ethnic group in the world that would tolerate a person like that. Put her to the curb and let recycling deal with her.

I might add that I'm a minority from another country and I invest in American Bonds. We definitely are interesting in destabilizing American Negroes because of all the upside. Potential civil war, cheap property values, and an American that has to look at inside threats instead of threats from the outside. We even thought about giving one of our government groups a full-time assignment to maintain division within the American Community.

I feel a little Guilty because this world needs to change. It starts with letting the most vulnerable groups around the globe knowing how they are being used.

All of the aforementioned organizations and people should be repeating the SAME message at the SAME time. If survival of our people is top priority right now, these people should be discussing how we make that happen and disseminating that message!

Tariq was DISRESPECTFUL. He knew what she was trying to say and her point of recycling was VALID. There are enough raw materials that we throw away that can be used to create products and energy. And she is right. It takes alot of money to create that type of business. LOTS.

I disagree that you have to be successful in business to give advice. I that is the case then EVERY professor in college is not
qualified to teach because the majority have never created anything . They have taken courses and are are teaching. And if you are a business graduate like myself most of your instructors were employees and didn't own a single business.

I totally and fully agree with you. My point in a nutshell is I hate that we commit crimes that white supremacist constructed to destroy our community apoun each other. Colorism is just one of the many cancers that WS has infected us with. I'm all for difference of views but when someone throws out a statement to put a dig in someone by saying their opinions are invalid bc of the shade of there significant other. Interesting that no culture is interested in dark skin but all skin colors come from dark skin. We know we have no allies and no friends and one day we'll stop being friends and allies to others.

As for pushing us into a permanent underclass, you need to be more worried about being absorbed as a race into extinction. That is far more likely to occur much sooner than you think.
