As of 1:02am, 6/18/2015, 9 people are dead in the Charleston, S.C. church shooting. 8 were killed in the church, and one died on the way to the hospital.

All of us are brainwashed to an extent and need to get the knowledge of ourselves so we can teach our children their history and who they are. Are these hate crimes against us just the American way? Black people are docile by design. The other side is we have no economic and no military means of defending ourselves. So we are physically and mentally passive. The neutering of the black race in America is a reality.

When I was in corporate America, I was amazed at how quickly blacks would attack each other for petty reasons but eat all of the garbage white people threw at them. Tariq said a while back that black people in groups without an agenda is toxic. He also asked in a podcast "what is the role of the black church?" in the wake of the Eddie Long scandal.

All that singing and praying did not save those 9 people. All that singing and praying has not helped the black community.

And this is just me personally, but I was always mad skeptical of white people who went to black churches.

What happened June 17th was a massacre. In most countries you would have seen an immediate retaliation, when you look at the numbers dead and the spectacle of where it happened (a Denmark Vessey founded church).

This was not a run of the mill shooting...

This was tragedy. One of the saddest images that I saw was a picture of a group of seemingly able-bodied black men...wait for it...standing in a PRAYER CIRCLE across from where a white man murdered blacks because he could. The problems are bigger than a church but all of the prayer and singing just let blacks ignore the killer who hunts them.

And this man was young. If you think white supremacists are dying off you just got a wakeup call.

1. The media is refusing to call this murderer a white supremacist.
He had the same beef as that other white supremacist Elliott Rodgers : that somehow that black men were taking all of the white women.

2. Check out that awesome clip of that magnificent black woman calling out CNN, Don Lemon and Obama. She goes in on live television. My favorite part is when she tells black people to stop getting on our knees to pray. Bless that sister.

Agreed on all points!

I grew up in the church. You are literally brainwashed to believe that you just pray and forgive for everything and God will exact his wrath on all bad people.

Every time there is an anectdotal example (testimony) of this, it further convinces you that this will happen.

So in short, the church is filled with blacks who think if we just pray for our enemy and say "God bless you" it'll either change his heart or God will kill him with lightning... Eventually.

Agreed on all points. I used to go to a black church. The amount of praise lavished on a white, especially a white man, who showed up was slavish. The pastor even said himself that he put a higher value on a white man following him because of this country's history of racism. I heard this nonsense with my own ears. A church full of blacks, some random white man on meth shows up, and all of a sudden he is the most valuable?

Yeah, after this one, any black who makes excuses for white racism, is persona non-grata. Even the most dedicated sellout has a hard time defending this one.

And white liberals are useless and dangerous. On social media, whites divert discussions on systematic racism to some academic, pseudo-intellectual word salad that quickly gets confusing and never fixes anything. Keep on the lookout for the white liberals' favorite "Discussion on Race", "Roundtable on Race" and "Townhall on Race"

The plight of the black male is unique. Any other group of males would have set up a defense and started planning an offense. There would have been a balancing of the scales. Yet, black people are doing the woe is me dance.

On Sunday, I drove into an area that had been exclusively black for a long time but is now getting an infrastructure upgrade because young white hipsters are moving in. It was strange as anything. You had a lot of black people who looked not just broke, but BROKE DOWN, mentally ill, dirty clothing, out of shape, poorly groomed. And literally walking in between them on their way to someplace hip, were these young white people. Even young white women walked with no fear walking in areas where you would never see them years ago. I thought to myself this is what race looks like in America. Of course there are educated and wealthy black people who live in America as well. But now that you have a poor and broke down population, you can easily sell the property at low cost and then whitewash them. That is what gentrification should be referred as.

My point in this is just look how easily we are pushed around when we have no economic means to defend ourselves. If there had been some local economy, young intelligent black people would not have been so eager to leave black neighborhoods. Or at least they would come back. There is a black brain drain that rarely gets discussed.

It's a curious thing... As much as whites pretend they fear all of these "violent black thugs" the fear magically disappears when they want to gentrify a neighborhood, I see this phenomenon all the time in Philly and Brooklyn (but black people only really attack each other anyway).

As for your point on educated blacks leaving, of course... They worked hard enough to escape, the least they can have now is access to a life that is above "substandard". Look at what happened to the rapper Chinx when he tried to show love to the hood. It's a crab in the bucket mentality.

4th of July is a day to observe The Declaration of Independence. The day is to celebrate freedom and spend time with family.
Unfortunately our limited freedoms is under attack and because of that many will not be spending time with their families.
Yesterday as blood had just been shed in a church the Confederate Flag stood tall over the Nation as the U.S flag was at half staff. The confederate flag yes represents history but it's offensive to many and hate groups use it for propaganda purposes like the murderer that killed 9 in S.C.
I can not partake in a celebration and spend my hard earned money knowing that justice is not for all and freedom is still far from our reach.

Keep your money in your pocket on the 4th in memory of how slaves were forced to watch Americans celebrate their Independence even as they were not free and in 2015 we are asked by our so called leaders to forgive the murderer in S.C that wished to start a race war and used many racist symbolisms.
Keep your money in your pocket on the 4th in memory of Treyvon Martin, Oscar Grant, Freddie Gray, Eric Garner, Mike Brown, The S.C 9 and all those that were not allowed to experience justice and freedom.
Keep your money in your pocket on the 4th because symbols of racism like the Confederate Flag wave high above many cities in the Nation and have politicians that support it .

Going a step further with our dollars we need to not support businesses that support these particular politicians.
Let's start with Nikki Haley Governor of South Carolina. She rejected in 2011 to bring the Confederate Flag down. 49% of South Carolina believes the Confederate Flag should stay put. The South Carolina Chamber of Commerece supported Nikki Haley in 2014.
Dr King spoke of using our collective dollars to boycott businesses. In order to dismantle racism the symbols MUST fall. The Nazi flag is deemed hate speech in Germany and is not allowed to be displayed in any way.
Let's start with S.C this 4th and move onto other cities that protect the Confederate Flag.

When I went to tariq's presentation there, the only thing I bought were ten copies of Hidden Colors and gas ($20) to get back home. I'm glad you did a show on the atrocity that the Dominican Republic was doing to the dark-skin people of it's land and placing blame on Haiti for it's population of Black migrant workers. I wrote to you earlier this year about this dilemma, and wanted to shed light on how we Haitians always embraced our Melanoid roots and invite all brothers and sisters to visit the tourist attractions of Haiti.
I also wanted to correct a statement that the Dominican brother made about Haiti having the land taken from them by the Dominican Republic. First off, the Dominican Republic didn't take shit from Haiti. It was part of a deal that the Haitian President Boyier made with Spain for kicking it and France's ass during the revolution. Haiti agreed to recede back to the original border set in the Treaty of Ryswick in 1697, long before either Haiti or the Dominican Republic were established.
It's for this reason why a lot of Haitians and Dominicans have vitriol towards each other. Dominicans want to cleans themselves of African blood, and Haitians (who are proud for kicking European Colonialism's ass,) can't stand that a piss ant group like the Trinitarios claim that they defeated Haiti FOH!
What systematic white supremacy couldn't do with brute force, they did with economic sanctions and an exploitation of the Willie Lynch Syndrome that was already present on that island.

There is some subconscious fear of the white man blacks have (maybe a remnant of slavery?) that emboldens them when it comes to killing any black guy on the street regardless of the repercussions but makes them fearful of these "white thugs".

On August 12, 2012 another white supremacist killed six people and wounded four at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin.

Yeah, the frequent and blatant racial bias is astounding.

There is a dash cam video of Roof's arrest. It is a textbook example of how NOT to approach a vehicle with an armed mass murderer at the wheel.

If Roof would have put the car in reverse and floored it, he would have wiped out about three cops.

The officer that approached Roof actually holsters his weapon before he gets to the driver's side window!!

Usually, he would have been ordered to get out of the vehicle, walk backwards away from the vehicle and lay face down on the pavement. Officers would have kept their guns trained on him until he was in handcuffs.

I don't think they would have been so cordial had he been black.

I don't remember the podcast but Tariq talked about women who are on a revenge path toward black men in general due to past hurts. He also talked about the dangers of leading a woman on.
This is a lesson to all men.

I don't even talk to women these days without a very specific agenda.

We as black people need to learn to stick together for the greater good and let petty disagreements go.
