Whut up Chief! #1 rule in business: Customer is always right (even when their wrong, their right). Ask yourself, is it more feasible to fight with the customer or charge it to the game and make $5,000 of tht same customer in the long run? Business is a marathon not a sprint.

It's fitting that this is the today's topic. I had a situation last week referencing to this topic. I was having a very bad day and I went to my second job which is my brother's business. I should have just called out but I went anyway and one regular customer came in did something people do all the time but I needed something to get pissed at I guess so I got a real bad attitude with the guy. So after he left my brother called me outside and told me how that's not acceptable. That people come to do business with us and we should never treat customers like that. I couldn't do nothing but agree. I think he gave the guy something free or a discount. On my own I decided to apologize to the guy so I got his number from my brother and called and apologized for my behavior. That was the adult thing and correct course of action I feel. Can't wait to hear the show.

Excellent comment about any "race war" that ever becomes overt. It would not be as pretty as the average white racist would believe. That's just common sense on that.

There's a covert war going on now. Being that it's covert, most Black folks can continue to ignore and believe otherwise. I include myself at times...

When the lady who's a baker got critic for having a hard to find and badly designed website, she accept Tariq's complaint and promised to fix the problems. Lou on the other hand got all butt hurt and starting to tweeting that Tariq was throwing him under the bus and wouldn't even call the show. That's not a good look. And then he admitted that he didn't care as long people liked it enough for him to get paid. Also not a good look. Tariq is 100% percent correct.

I knew you always spit great game, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that was the best show in a minute. Not because of the topic or cause the other shows weren't good, but because it was a more all around lesson and reminded me of the old mack lessons, lol...EXCELLENT WORK REEK!!!

On a side note to the last part of the show (re dealing with one Caucasian person at a time and they behave), i know conscious people peeped Brooke Hogan writing a poem to defend her racist daddy going off about her dating a music producer (who's black)....
